- Dates of coverage: 05/18 – 05/28
- Schedule: 4 days/week (M-Th); 8a-5p (12p-1p lunch)
- Operatories/columns: 2 op chairs & 4 hygiene chairs
- Procedures: Comprehensive exams, Restorative, Simple extractions, Pediatric treatments, Sedations
- Technology: Denticon
