Weekly Schedule: 6/29 - 7/1 & 7/7 - 7/10 (7:00am-4:30pm with lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm) Huddle at 7a, first patients at 7:30a
Work Details:
• # of Support staff: 10
• Patient population/age: Adult & Some Cooperative Pediatrics
• EMR: Dentrix
Cases/Procedures:
• Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.
• Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required.
• Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.
• Additional notes: Good communication, open, positive and flexible - doctor would be helping with hygiene checks, restorative, and ortho checks. Doctor would be solo doctor during this coverage
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Not required for Dentists
• State license required: Yes
• DEA: Not required but preferred
• Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state)
• Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: New TB Test
