The Opportunity

A well-established, privately owned dental practice is seeking a General Dentist (DDS or DMD) to join its growing team. As the only dental clinic within a 10-mile radius, the practice draws a loyal patient base from up to 90 miles away, meaning you’ll hit the ground running with a full schedule from day one.

You’ll enjoy true clinical autonomy and a broad scope of in-house dentistry including oral surgery, endodontics, implants and comprehensive general care. Whether you’re a recent graduate eager to sharpen your skills or an experienced dentist ready for a better quality of life, this role offers room to grow.

Compensation and Benefits

• $120,000 base guarantee
• 37% of net production with uncapped earning potential up to $350,000+
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Wisconsin dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Comfort with or interest in a broad general dentistry scope
