Job Description

Our client in Wisconsin is seeking a Dentist for a 70-day assignment starting May 11, 2026. This role involves comprehensive general dentistry, focusing on patient care and hygiene, with an emphasis on achieving specific organizational goals for case acceptance, periodontal diagnosis, and daily production.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform general, routine dentistry.
  • Must be able to perform some hygiene procedures.
  • Achieve an organizational goal of 65% or higher case acceptance rate for treatment recommendations.
  • Strive for a periodontal diagnosis rate of 30% or higher, with a goal of two SRPs per day.
  • Maintain an average production of at least $3000 per provider day.
  • Aim for a new patient FMX percentage of 50% or higher to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
