Position Highlights:

• 4-day work week (32 hours of patient care) – optional 5th day available
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no nights or weekends)
• Average 15 patients per day (plus hygiene exams)
• Broad scope of practice: extractions, root canals, crowns/bridges, dentures, composites
• Balanced patient mix (adult, pediatric, and geriatric)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary + production model
• New grads: ~$160K base + production
• Experienced dentists: $175K–$185K base + production
• Realistic earnings: $210K–$250K+
• $15K sign-on bonus
• Up to $10K relocation

• 160 hours PTO + 7 paid holidays
• $3,000 CME allowance
