Locums Tenens General Dentist in Tulsa, OK
Assignment Dates: June 1st start - 3 months w/ option to extend
Schedule/Shifts: Monday through Thursday
Patient Volume: 15 + Hygiene Exams
Patient Type: Adults Only
Procedures: Bread and Butter Dentistry, Simple Extractions, Endo/Dentures/Implants, a plus but not mandatory
Support Staff: 2 hygienists, 2 DAs
Type of Charting: Eaglesoft
Requirements: OK dental license, BLS, DEA
Insurance: Delta
Reason for Need: Job Vacancy
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 days
Pay Rate: Competitive
