Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a thriving, technology-driven family practice in Galveston, Texas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a provider who wants to step into a busy PPO and Fee-for-Service practice with strong patient demand, modern technology, and exceptional earning potential.

Practice Details

Location: Galveston, Texas
Provider Type: General Dentist
Schedule: 4–5 days per week | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Current Staff: 1 Dentist, 1 RDH, 2 Dental Assistants, and full front office support
Patient Base: Family practice treating mostly older children and adults
Patients Per Day: Approximately 16 patients per day, including around 6 restorative patients
New Patients: Approximately 21 new patients per month
Office Production: Approximately $90,000 per month
Payor Mix: PPO and Fee-for-Service only

Clinical Scope

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who enjoys practicing comprehensive general dentistry with autonomy and support.

Procedures include:

• Preventive and restorative dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Extractions
• Basic endodontics
• Invisalign
• Comprehensive treatment planning

Technology

The practice is fully equipped with advanced technology, including:

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• 3–6 month daily guarantee
• 28%–35% of production
• Expected earnings of $200,000 to $400,000+ annually
