Job Description
I represent a practice in 35 miles SW of Houston, TX searching for locum coverage through the month of June. If interested, call/text anytime or apply directly to this job posting!
Dates/Schedule:
- June 1–3: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- June 8–11: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- June 12: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (no lunch)
Clinical Scope & Expectations
- Comfortable performing pediatric procedures, including SSC crowns, fillings, pulpotomies, sealants, and hygiene exams
- Must be able to perform both operative dentistry and hygiene checks
- Ability to manage a high patient volume (approximately 25-35 patients per day
Provider Requirements
- Active Medicaid Provider ID required, or proof of submitted application
- Current CV and background information must be submitted with candidate presentation
- All credentialing and required documentation must be completed at least one (1) week prior to the start date
