Dentist - TX

Our client in Texas is seeking a skilled Dentist for a 240-day locum tenens assignment, commencing Jun 16, 2026. This role involves varied shifts, including 9am-6pm and 8am-4:30pm, and will focus on a comprehensive range of general dentistry services such as exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, dentures, and root canals, serving a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform comprehensive exams and hygiene checks.
• Execute various restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and bridges.
• Conduct simple and complex extractions.
• Provide denture services and implant restorations.
• Perform root canals and bone grafts.
• Manage emergency walk-ins.
• Administer nitrous oxide as needed.
• Serve a patient demographic that includes approximately 10% Medicare and 20% Medicaid patients.
• Be prepared to perform hygiene duties for approximately 25-30% of patients if needed.
