Dentist - WI

We are seeking an experienced Dentist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin, starting May 18, 2026. This role involves comprehensive general dentistry, including hygiene, with varying shift hours. The Physician will be responsible for a wide range of cases, focusing on patient treatment planning and achieving practice goals related to case acceptance, periodontal diagnoses, and daily production.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services.
• Perform essential hygiene procedures.
• Strive for a case acceptance rate of 65% or higher for treatment recommendations.
• Aim for a 30% or higher patient diagnosis rate for periodontal cases, targeting two Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) procedures per day.
• Achieve an average production of $3000 minimum per provider day.
• Maintain a new patient Full Mouth X-ray (FMX) percentage of 50% or higher.
