A thriving general dental practice in beautiful Hendersonville, North Carolina is seeking a General Dentist to join its growing team. Established in 2000, the practice has built a strong reputation within the community and continues to experience exceptional growth.

Located in the heart of Hendersonville, this highly productive, out-of-network, geriatric-focused practice is known for delivering exceptional patient care and a premium patient experience. The office combines a respected community presence with modern technology, advanced clinical services, and a collaborative team culture.

The practice features:

• 6 operatories with a full office remodel completed just 3 years ago
• Updated chairs, equipment, and technology throughout the office
• Sedation services and advanced treatment capabilities
• Monthly visits from an anesthesiologist for additional sedation support
• 2 hygienists and 4 assistants, with plans for continued growth
• 85th percentile fee schedule
• 100% cash-pay and 100% collections model

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $1,000/day guaranteed compensation
• 30%+ of production on a sliding scale
• Benefits available after 90 days
• $5,000 annual stipend to use as desired
