Position

• Current staff:
  • Doctors: 1
  • Support Staff: 2 DAs, RDHs
• # of chairs/Ops: 4-6 operatories; doctor runs 2 columns
• Schedule: 4 Days/week; Mon-Thurs 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 40-45 patients per day (hygiene and procedures)
• Patient age range: Pediatrics
• Payor make-up: 60% Medicaid, 40% PPO

Compensation:

• Compensation: 6-month daily guarantee; 28%-35% net production
• Earning Potential: $250k+
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, HAS, FSA, 401k

• Equity or Partnership: Shareholder availability after 6 months & up to 20% of ownership
