I am partnered with a well-established dental practice in Eastman that is seeking a permanent General Dentist to join their team and provide care to a loyal, established patient base. Position
- Location: Eastman, GA
- Schedule: 4 days/week; Mon-Thurs 8a-5p
- Operatories: 6 operatories
- Support Staff: 2 assistants and 2 hygienists
- Payor Mix: 100% PPO (no Medicaid)
- Patients Per Day: Average of 23 patients per day, with a goal of 27+
Compensation
- Compensation: 6-month daily guarantee; 28%-35% net production
- Earning Potential: $250k+

Requirements:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Georgia dental license
- Comfortable working as a solo provider
