• Location: Gainesville, GA
• Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p (lunch 12-1p)
• Support Staff: 2 DAs & 1 RDH
• 7 Operatories
• Payor Mix: 100% PPO (no Medicaid)
• Patients per day: 11 Patients/day
• Procedures: Seeking a provider comfortable with implants, endodontics, and extractions, in addition to general restorative procedures

Compensation

• Compensation: 6-month daily guarantee; 28%-35% net production
• Earning Potential: $250k+

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
