Locum / Temporary or Locums to Perm Dentist Opportunity in Hamden, CT.
Locum Tenens / Temporary
Function: Dentist
Facility Location: Hamden, CT (06517)
Assignment Dates: ASAP ongoing
Schedule/Shifts: Flexible schedule available. Practice Hours Monday - Saturday 9a-6p
Patient Volume: 15-18/day Dental procedures plus Hygiene checks
Patient Mix: 75% Adults and 25% children
Procedures: Implants, Fillings, Root canals, Restorative, Crowns (lots of crowns), Dentures (6-7 / day), Endo - Premolars
Support Staff: Depends on how many operatories they can run. 1-3 Dental Assistants & 1-2 Dental Hygienists
EMR: Open Dental
Requirements: CT License, DEA, & BLS
Reason for Need: Recruiting a permanent Dentist
Travel and Lodging: Local preferred
