I’m currently working with a well-established dental practice in New Bern that is seeking a General Dentist to join their growing team in a permanent role. Position:

• Position Type: General Dentist
• Start Date: ~60 days (ASAP)
• Schedule: 4 days/week - Mon-Thurs: 8a-4p
• Staff:
  • Doctors: 1
  • Support Staff: full office support staff
• Procedures: Crowns, Implants, Sealants, Extractions, Sedation (IV/Anesthesia)
• Technology: iTero, Pan, CBCT, Cerec, VideaAI, Implant Direct, Endosequence, Nomad
• Patient Base: Family Practice
• Office Production: Current doc is producing $6k/day
• Payor Mix: PPO, Fee-for-service

Compensation:

• Daily Guarantee: 30%-35% of Production; first 90 days - daily guarantee
• Earning Potential: $200k-300k+
