Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with no call responsibilities, supporting a predictable and sustainable work-life balance.
• Practice Setting: Modern FQHC-based dental service line within a growing practice environment. New clinical space with 3 exam rooms and capacity to expand to 7.
• Work Environment: Collaborative, mission-driven community health setting focused on expanding access to care in the Upstate South Carolina region, with strong organizational support for growth and development of the dental service line.
• Call Schedule: No call required.
• Professional Growth Opportunities: Strong growth potential within a developing dental service line, with opportunity to help shape clinical workflows and contribute to program expansion.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: up to $200,000 base compensation.

Qualifications

• Degree: Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental program.
• Licensure: Must possess an active South Carolina dental license or be eligible to obtain licensure in South Carolina.
• Skillset: Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide comprehensive patient care in a collaborative environment. Comfort with a broad scope of general dentistry procedures and a patient-centered approach to care is preferred.
• Experience: New graduates are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of clinical experience and/or completion of a residency program, though all qualified candidates will be considered.
