Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, personable, and patient-focused General Dentist to join a well-established and growing practice in El Paso. This full-time opportunity offers the ability to perform a broad range of procedures—including implant placement, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, restorative care, and comprehensive general dentistry—within a collaborative and highly supportive clinical environment.

Schedule

• Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care with a focus on patient comfort
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions and treatment needs
• Perform restorative, cosmetic, and advanced procedures as clinically appropriate
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Manage dental emergencies and maintain excellent patient satisfaction
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice through exceptional care and service

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school or residency program
• Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience with implants, endodontics, and comprehensive dentistry is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
