I’m currently working with a well-established dental practice in Greeley that is seeking a General Dentist to join their growing team in a permanent role. Job Details
- Location: Greeley, Colorado
• Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
• Schedule: FT 4 days/week; Tuesday-Wednesday (8a-5p) & Friday (8a-2p)
• Current Staff: 1 General Dentist, 5 Hygiene, EDDA
• Procedures: Wide variety of patients, huge opportunity for a lot of surgery and other treatments (implant placement, bone grafting, endo, bread and butter). Invisalign is a must• Technology:
• Clinic Production:
• Payor Mix: PPO, Fee for Service
Compensation
- Daily Guarantee: 28-32%
• Earning Potential: $300k+ - Sign-On Bonus:
• CE Allowance: 30 hours annually
• Benefits: Med, Dental, Vision, Malpractice insurance, 401k matching
Responsibilities and Duties
- Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice.
- Active DEA
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care.
- Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified
- Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments.
- Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice’s growth and success.
- Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
