Job Description
We are looking for a Lead General Dentist to step into a well-established practice with a 100 percent PPO and fee-for-service patient base, with no Medicaid or HMO. This role offers full clinical autonomy, a predictable Monday through Thursday schedule, and a clear long-term opportunity for ownership for those interested.

Job Details

• Location: Fort Collins, Colorado
• Provider Type Needed: Lead General Dentist
• Schedule: FT Schedule Monday- Thursday 8a-5 pm
• Current Staff: 2 FT Hygienists
• Procedures: Lots of bread-and-butter dentistry plus Invisalign
• Technology: Pano and Itero, and all digital imaging
• Payor Mix: PPO & Fee for Service

Compensation

• Daily Guarantee: 28-32%
• Earning Potential: $300k+
• CE Allowance: 30 hours annually
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice Insurance, 401k matching
