Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed salary model based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus, Retention Bonus: $25,000 Sign On Bonus
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: 208 PTO hours annually plus paid holidays

Qualifications:
- Degree: DDS or DMD required
- Licensure: Eligible for Kentucky dental licensure
- Skillset: Competency in restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, fillings, cleanings, and extractions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
