Job Description
I partner with a practice in Galveston, TX searching for a permanent General Dentist to join the team. If interested, call/text anytime or apply directly to the posting!
Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9a–6p
- Support Staff: 5-doctor team plus experienced clinical and administrative support
- Technology: Laser dentistry, digital workflows, and modern restorative equipment
- Patient Base: Family practice serving all ages
- Procedures: Preventive and diagnostic exams, fillings, crowns and bridges, root canals, extractions, dental implants, dentures and partials, periodontal therapy, Invisalign and traditional braces, porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, TMJ treatment, custom mouthguards, and emergency dentistry
Offering:
- Daily Guarantee: 3–6 months daily guarantee
- Production Split: 28–35% of production
- Earning Potential: $200K–$400K+ annually
- Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) with match, CE allowance, malpractice coverage
- Bonuses: Doctor Academy completion bonus and potential student loan reimbursement after 5 years
