• Regional FQHC is looking to replace an established dentist
• 3 main locations in the group have dental clinics. Group has 13 total clinics in Upper Peninsula, of Michigan.
• 6 operating stations, 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants
• E-Clinical works EMR
• Base salary is guaranteed at $175,000/annually. Visit incentives if you see over 10 patients in a day. $30,000 signing bonus.
• Paid Medical, dental, malpractice, life insurance, LTD, STD, 401K with 3% match and 30 days of PTO. CME funds of $2500 in year one and $3500 in year 2.
• Dentists average around 12 patients per day and group has excellent payor mix
• Dentists in the area meet often to discuss cases and bounce cases off of each other as needed
• 2 Universities in the area including a great technical school.
• Beautiful community located on the shores of Lake Superior. 2 hours from Marquette, MI and 4.5 hours from Duluth, MN
