• Officed with 4 General Dentists and 1 Pediatric Dentist
• Established patient panel - serving 10,300 Tribal Members
• Tenured staff including 4 Hygienists, 12 Assistants and 3 General Support
• Sign-on up to $30,000, $2,000 month residency stipend
• LRP Funds $75,000 Loan Repayment for 2yr commitment
