Locum General Dentist (Mon-Fri, 8a-5p) | Missoula, MT

A thriving, high-tech dental practice in Missoula is seeking an ongoing locum General Dentist to help support rapid patient growth and clinic expansion. The practice offers a modern, high-volume environment with a steady flow of up to 10 new patients on any given day.

The incoming clinician will step into a highly efficient workflow, supported by an experienced office manager (who is also an RDH), a dedicated treatment coordinator, 3 to 4 Dental Assistants, and 4 Registered Dental Hygienists.

The Role:

• Location: Missoula, MT 59808
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, ongoing assignment
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 20–30 patients per day
• Clinical Scope: Standard restorative work including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions.
• Tech Stack: Open Dental, CBCT Scanner, Trios 5 intraoral scanner, iTero, and Photogrammetry.
• Preferred Skills: Invisalign certification and implant placement are highly preferred to maximize practice offerings.
• Compensation: Competitive rates, malpractice insurance, travel and lodging for the right candidate

What is Needed:

• Credentials: Clear and active Montana Dental License, current BLS, and active DEA registration. (invisalign certified preferred)
• Onboarding: 1–2 week fast-track onboarding and credentialing timeframe.
• Practice Fit: Seeking a productive, adaptable clinician who thrives in a fast-paced, modern environment and communicates effectively with a large support team.
