Dentist - DC

We are seeking a highly skilled Dentist for a 7-day assignment starting Jun 22, 2026, in the District of Columbia. This role involves covering a busy practice as the sole dentist, managing shifts from 8-3, 8-4, or 8-5, and focusing on a diverse range of operative procedures and hygiene checks to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cover the practice as the sole dentist, utilizing 2 out of 3 available columns/chairs.
• Perform crown preparation, extractions, and composite fillings (including 2-3 surface and quadrant dentistry).
• Handle crown delivery and provide simple basic procedures, such as fitting night guards.
• Collaborate with 1-2 hygienists for hygiene checks, overseeing approximately 2 per hour during a 7.5-hour day.
• Manage a patient load of up to 14 total patients, with 8-9 operative (drill work) patients daily.
• Oversee care for approximately 100 new patients each month.
