The Opportunity

Join a short-term assignment with the enthusiastic and connected team at a practice, located in Charlottesville, VA. This position is seeking a provider to assist with exams and emergency visits while maintaining smooth patient flow alongside a supportive and energetic team.

Assignment Details

Start Date: 7/1/2026

End Date: 8/31/2026

Schedule:

Full time M-F, but will consider as low as 3 day coverage from Wed-Fri
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM & Fridays: 8:00 AM-2:00 PM
Huddle begins at 7:40 AM

What You’ll Do

• Examining patients to determine oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and other diagnostic equipment and procedures
• Provide exams and emergency dental care in an outpatient setting
• Deliver efficient, patient-focused treatment while maintaining daily workflow
• Assist with leading and supervising office team members
• Staying productive during both slower and busier teams
• Focus on patient experience and support a developing office
