Schedule:
- Monday–Wednesday or
- Monday–Thursday
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider seeking a flexible schedule in a well-supported, established practice.
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD
- Active Arizona dental license
- Comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry
