An established, patient-focused private dental practice in DeSoto, Texas is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an existing patient base and replace a long-tenured provider, allowing you to build a productive schedule from day one.

About the Position

• Full-time General Dentist opportunity
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required
• Replace an established provider with an existing patient base
• Perform comprehensive general dentistry, including:
  • Restorative dentistry
  • Crown & bridge
  • Endodontics
  • Extractions
  • Preventive and family dentistry
• Modern, well-established practice with experienced clinical and administrative support
• Collaborative environment focused on quality patient care and long-term success

Compensation & Benefits

• $900/day guaranteed for the first 5 months
• Transition to 33–35% of collections (based on experience)
• $2,000 annual Continuing Education allowance
