Verified W-2 $400k+ - Fee-for-service model with excellent collections
General Dentistry & Sleep Medicine.
Opportunity consists of:
- Step into a stable, high-performing single-location ~$2M annual production/collections and clear runway to $3M+ under a dedicated full-time schedule.
- True partnership/ownership track
- Flexible options include sweat equity
- Supported capital investment, and
- Future buy-in at conservative valuation.
- Advertised earning potential $350k–$500k+ in Year 1 (W-2), ramping to $450k–$550k+ as partner.
- $1,000/day guarantee for the first 6 months + 30% to 35% of Collections.
- Excellent work-life: Monday–Thursday - 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- No weekends and no formal on-call.
- High-demand services with built-in growth:
- Full-scope general dentistry (strong crown volume historically)
- Robust and expanding Dental Sleep Medicine department – Mentorship offered
- In-house implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, and kid-friendly care.
- Ready patient volume and low-stress operations:
- 36+ patients/day
- Hygiene booked ~8 months out, restorative 3–4 months out
- Strong new patient influx
- Exceptional team stability and collaborative culture:
- Highly cross-trained staff with outstanding tenure (many 10–38 years).
