Position Highlights

• Permanent, full-time opportunity
• Monday–Thursday schedule
• Approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
• 14 fully equipped operatories
• See approximately 8–15 patients per day
• Strong patient demand with an established schedule
• Mix of Private Insurance, Fee-for-Service, and Medicaid patients
• Practice a full scope of General Dentistry including:
  • Restorative Dentistry
  • Crowns
  • Extractions
  • Endodontics
  • Complete & Partial Dentures
  • Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF)
• Advanced endodontics and complex surgical extractions are referred to specialists
• Mentorship available for dentists of all experience levels
• Collaborative, patient-centered practice culture

You'll be supported by an experienced team committed to allowing providers to focus on exceptional patient care, including:

• Dental Assistants
• Hygienists

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Base Salary or Production—Whichever Is Greater
  • New Graduates: $215,000–$220,000
  • Experienced Dentists: Up to $260,000
• Realistic earning potential of $375,000–$400,000+ annually
• Current providers consistently exceed their guaranteed salary through production
