Locum Dentist Opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona
Position Overview
- Start Date: ASAP
- LOA: 13 + Weeks
- Schedule: Mondays; 7:30 a.m.- 5 p.m
- Patient Base: Adult Practice
- Procedures: Bread & Butter Dentistry, crowns, fillings
- Staff: Will be the only doctor - 1 RDH & 1 DA
- Technology: CBCT
- Patients Per Day: 8-10 + hygiene exams
- Payor Mix: PPO & fee-for-Service
Compensation
- Competitive Daily Rate
- Weekly Pay
- Medical Malpractice Insurance
Requirements
- Active AZ State License
- Preferably local candidates
