Practice Overview

- Provider Type Needed: Pediatric Dentist (or General Dentist with pediatric experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, optional Fridays

Compensation

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric and adolescent patients
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions
- Develop and present treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on oral health and prevention
- Perform restorative and preventive procedures
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and imaging review
- Collaborate with a strong, patient-focused team
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Pediatric Dentistry residency OR significant pediatric clinical experience
- Active (or eligible for) Virginia dental licensure
- Board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist preferred
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
