Surgical Dentist – Extractions & Dentures

$290,000 Guaranteed Annual Salary

This opportunity is designed for a dentist who enjoys both oral surgery and removable prosthetics. You'll provide comprehensive surgical care while restoring patients' smiles through complete and partial dentures in a busy, established practice.

Position Highlights

• Guaranteed Annual Salary of $290,000
• Salary-only compensation with no production pressure
• Perform routine and surgical extractions
• Evaluate and treatment plan denture patients
• Take impressions for complete and partial dentures
• Deliver, fit, and adjust removable prosthetics
• Perform suturing and post-operative care
• Evaluate emergency patients with dental pain

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive oral examinations and radiographic evaluations
• Diagnose oral disease and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform routine and surgical extractions
• Complete alveoloplasty and other minor surgical procedures as needed
• Provide post-operative evaluations and follow-up care
• Take impressions for complete and partial dentures
• Deliver, adjust, and evaluate removable prosthetic appliances
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and oral health
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to provide outstanding patient care

Florence, SC

General Dentist – Choose Your Clinical Focus

$230,000 Guaranteed Annual Salary

This opportunity offers outstanding flexibility for dentists who enjoy either surgical procedures or removable prosthetics—but not both.

Unlike the Myrtle Beach location, where the provider performs both extractions and denture services, the Florence practice allows you to focus on one clinical specialty while another dedicated department manages the other.

Choose Your Practice Style

Extraction-Focused Dentist

• Perform routine and surgical extractions
• All denture cases are managed by the removable prosthetics department

OR

Denture-Focused Dentist

• Evaluate patients for complete and partial dentures
• Take impressions
• Deliver, fit, and adjust removable prosthetics
• All extraction procedures are handled by the surgical department

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active South Carolina Dental License or ability to obtain
• Medicaid provider enrollment or eligibility
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills

Myrtle Beach Position

• Experience performing routine and surgical extractions
• Experience with complete and partial dentures
