Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist
North Carolina
Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: Full-time, 4-day workweek (Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30pm). No call responsibilities
- Desirable Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and accredited public health dental clinic
- Culture & Support: Collaborative, mission-driven team led by Dental Director, experienced support staff including four dental assistants, front office support, and dental providers
- Professional Growth Opportunities: Opportunity to provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care. Public health experience with diverse patient populations and long-term career growth within a respected community health organization
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Based on years of experience
- Additional Bonus Incentives: Annual cost-of-living adjustments and longevity pay
- Sign-On Bonus, Retention Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
- Degree: Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Licensure: North Carolina dental hygiene license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Skillset: Preventative dental hygiene, scaling and root planing (SRP), periodontal maintenance, full mouth debridement, patient education, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, double-column hygiene schedule
- Experience: New graduates welcome. Passion for public health and caring for underserved populations
