North Carolina
Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: Full-time, 4-day workweek (Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm)
- Desirable Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and accredited public health dental clinic
- Culture & Support: Collaborative, mission-driven team led by dental director with experienced support staff including four dental assistants, front office support, and hygienist

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Based on years of experience
- Additional Bonus Incentives: Annual cost-of-living adjustment and longevity pay

Qualifications:
- Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Licensure: North Carolina dental license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Skillset: Comprehensive oral exams, restorative dentistry, simple extractions, emergency dental care, dentures and partials, crowns, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced community health setting
- Experience: Should be comfortable practicing independently with limited mentorship available. Passion for public health and caring for underserved populations.
