Position:
- Dates of Coverage: ASAP – August 28th
- Schedule: Option of 2-4 days each week, 8 am – 5 pm
- Provider Type: General Dentist
- Patient Demographic: 75% Adult and 25% Kids
- Daily Patient Volume: 30 patients/day
- Office Structure: Single doctor office, RDHs, DAs
- Common Procedures: Root Canal, Bridges, Extractions, Implants
- Technology/Equipment: CBCT, Denticon software, sensors, scanners
