$160/hr + travel (flight, lodging, rental car OR mileage reimbursement)
Agency will cover license. Nothing out of pocket for locum! License takes a couple weeks!
ASAP Start! Credentialing 3-4 weeks.
4 10/hr days Mon-Thur
General bread and butter dentistry - MUST see all ages!
12-16 ppd
