Established General Dentist Practice in North Carolina
I represent a large provider-owned dental group that is not a DSO and operates several clinics throughout North Carolina. They are seeking to add a new associate to a couple of their state-of-the-art general dentist clinics across the state. They require one year of experience either in the U.S., your home country, or a residency program. The group will offer a top-notch financial and benefits package. Some locations offer mentorship, but at others you work independently.
· 4-day work week.
· No call or weekends
· Visa Candidates Welcome to Apply
· 32% - 35% of production based on production, not collections
· $400k per year is obtained by most of their productive dentists in the group
· Perform cases you are comfortable with, or just do bread-and-butter cases
