Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our client's team in Minnesota for a 36-day assignment beginning Aug 24, 2026. This role involves delivering comprehensive, evidence-based dental care, diagnosing and developing individualized treatment plans, educating patients on oral health, and collaborating with a supportive team. You will be responsible for a mix of hygiene exams and operative patients, fostering lasting patient relationships and contributing to a culture of clinical excellence.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach.
  • Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
  • Collaborate effectively with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients and the communities served.
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including oral surgery and endodontics if proficient, or focus on general restorative dentistry.
  • Perform approximately 16 hygiene exams and treat 8-10 operative patients per shift.
  • Note: Implant placement and bone grafting are not required for this role.
