Full-Time General Dentist (GD) – 4-Day Work Week

Job Type: Full-time (W2)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fridays & Weekends OFF)

Compensation: Daily Guarantee vs. 33% of Net Production

Signing Bonus: Included

Core Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care, including routine exams, diagnoses, restorations, extractions, endodontic procedures, and preventive care.
Formulate and present clear, individualized treatment plans to patients with a focus on education and long-term oral health.
Oversee hygiene care and direct clinical support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient workflow.
Maintain strict adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and proper clinical documentation.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active, unrestricted State Dental License.
Active DEA registration and CPR / BLS certification.
Excellent clinical efficiency, compassionate bedside manner, and strong communication skills.
