General Dentist (Molar Endo Focus) - Fri/Sat Part-Time | Bakersfield, CA

A thriving dental practice in Bakersfield is expanding due to high patient demand and is seeking a skilled General Dentist for an immediate start. This ongoing part-time role offers a predictable schedule focused primarily on adult patient care in a modern clinical setting.

Clinical operations are supported by a full team, including two RDAEFs, one RDA, and one RDH to ensure a smooth, efficient daily workflow.

The Role:

• Location: Bakersfield, CA 93312
• Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays required (ongoing); optional Thursdays available based on candidate preference.
• Hours: Friday 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM / Saturday 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 16–20 patients per day (90% adult, 10% adolescent)
• Clinical Scope: Primary focus on molar endodontics (root canals), comprehensive treatment planning, and standard general dentistry procedures.
• Tech Stack: Eaglesoft charting software
• Preferred Skills: Proficiency in surgical extractions and single-tooth implant placement is a plus; active DEA registration preferred.
• Compensation: Competitive pay rate + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage. Mileage reimbursement provided for local candidates, with lodging coverage available if necessary.
