General Dentist | 2–3 Days/Week Flexible Scheduling | San Antonio, TX

A well-supported dental practice in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a General Dentist for additional coverage beginning in September. This opportunity offers the flexibility to start at 2–3 days per week, with options for multiple full-day schedules.

The practice is fully staffed with dental assistants, RDHs, hygiene assistants, front office support, and two co-managers to help maintain an efficient clinical workflow.

The Role:

• Location: San Antonio, TX 78230
• Schedule: 2–3 days per week to start, with flexibility to choose from available full-day shifts
• Hours: Monday/Thursday 8am–5pm; Tuesday 7am–5pm; Wednesday 9am–6pm; Friday 7am–3pm
• Patient Volume: Approximately 8–15 patients per day
• Clinical Scope: Crowns, bridges, composite fillings, routine simple extractions, and digital dentistry workflows; no implants, wisdom teeth extractions, or heavy sedation required
• Tech Stack: Eaglesoft, CEREC in-house, Galileo CT, iTero oral scanners, Primescan, and Sirona laser
• Preferred Skills: Comfort with restorative dentistry, simple extractions, digital workflows, and nitrous sedation
• Compensation: Competitive pay rate + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage; local candidates preferred, with mileage provided if necessary

What is Needed:

• Credentials: Active Texas License, current BLS certification, and Level 1 Sedation Permit/Nitrous Certification.
• Onboarding: Immediate/short-term fast-track onboarding; billing may be completed under the host doctor, so full credentialing is not required right away.
• Practice Fit: A dependable, adaptable dentist who is comfortable working within a fully supported team environment and providing high-quality general dentistry.
