About the Role
The practice is seeking a dentist to provide exams and emergency dental care while helping maintain efficient patient flow alongside a connected and energetic team.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and evaluate patients' oral health needs
- Utilize X-rays and other diagnostic tools and procedures
- Provide exams and emergency dental care in an outpatient setting
- Deliver efficient, patient-focused care while maintaining daily workflow
- Assist with leading and supervising office team members
- Maintain productivity during both slower and busier periods
- Support a positive patient experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and continuity of care
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active dental license applicable to Iowa
- Ability to provide quality, patient-focused care in a team environment
