About the Position

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a well-established, multi-location dental organization in Laurel Springs, New Jersey. The practice is part of a respected dental group that has served communities throughout New Jersey for decades and offers dentists the support, technology, patient flow, and clinical resources of a larger organization while allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of oral health conditions
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services using clinically sound and compassionate care
  • Develop appropriate treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs
  • Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, preventive dentistry, and recommended treatment
  • Perform routine examinations and a variety of restorative and general dental procedures
  • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical and treatment records
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory agencies, state dental board requirements, and established clinical procedures
  • Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, administrative staff, and other providers to deliver an excellent patient experience
  • Address clinical concerns promptly, professionally, and accurately
  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
  • Active New Jersey Dental License in good standing
  • 2+ years of clinical experience required
  • Ability to become credentialed with commercial insurance carriers and government insurance programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in routine examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and general dental procedures
  • Strong critical-thinking, decision-making, active-listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create a caring, comfortable, and supportive environment for patients
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and continued professional development
