The Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced General Dentist who is comfortable treating patients of all ages and is passionate about delivering high-quality dental care in a community-focused setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for a Monday–Friday schedule, predictable hours, manageable patient volume, and the chance to make a lasting impact.
Position Details

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Patient Volume: Approximately 6–8 patients per day

Patient Population: All ages
-
Pediatric Population: Approximately 20–30% of patients, primarily ages 8–15

Cases: General dentistry, including composite fillings and occasional extractions of primary teeth

Credentialing: Approximately 2–4 weeks

You’ll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with three dental assistants, plus an additional part-time assistant dedicated to sterilization support. The manageable daily patient volume allows you to focus on providing quality, individualized care rather than rushing from patient to patient.
This role is especially well suited for a General Dentist who enjoys working with both adults and children and is comfortable providing routine pediatric dental care.
Requirements

DDS or DMD
-
Active Wisconsin dental license — must be in hand prior to start

Active DEA
-
Minimum 2 years of experience

BLS certification

Comfortable treating pediatric patients, particularly ages 8–15
