I’m currently partnering with a well-established dental practice in Winston-Salem, NC that is seeking a General Dentist to join their growing team in a permanent role. Job Details

• Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
  • Provider Type Needed: General Dentist
  • Schedule: 4-5 days/week
  • Current Staff: 9 doctors, 2 hygienists per doctor
  • Procedures: Molar/Non-molar endo, implant placements, simple/surgical exts, basic/complex restorative, Invisalign
  • Payor Mix: PPO, Fee for Service

Compensation

• Daily Guarantee: 30% - 35%+ of Adjusted Production; first 90-day daily guarantee
  • CE Allowance: $1,500 annually
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, CE Allowance, Short & Long-term disability, Malpractice Insurance, 401(k) matching
  • Partnership: Potentially for long term doctors
