Position Overview

The Practice

• Established general dentistry practice in Fitzgerald
• 4 operatories
• Standalone office in a small brick building
• Approximately $100K/month in current production
• Significant opportunity to grow toward $120K–$130K+ monthly production
• Strong new-patient demand with appointments booking approximately a month out
• 2 hygienists
• Dedicated dental assistant support
• Primarily adult patients, age 13+
• PPO and fee-for-service — no Medicaid
• Digital scanning technology

The practice is located in a rural Georgia community where there is significant demand for quality dental care. A new dentist will have the opportunity to take advantage of an established patient base and substantial unmet demand.

Clinical Opportunity

The incoming dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Bread-and-butter general dentistry
• Restorative dentistry
• Crowns & bridges
• Extractions
• Dentures and partials

The rural patient population creates particularly strong demand for denture and removable dentistry.

The group also has an internal dental laboratory specializing in dentures, providing additional support for dentists treating removable cases.

Compensation

• 32% of adjusted production
• No lab-fee deductions
