The Practice

• Established general dentistry practice in Eastman
• Approximately $120K/month in historical production
• Strong patient demand with significant backlog
• 2.5 hygienists supporting the practice
• Dedicated dental assistant support
• Primarily adult patients, age 13+
• PPO and fee-for-service — no Medicaid
• Good location with strong visibility and traffic
• Modern practice with digital scanning technology
• Wireless scanners being added to support digital workflows

The practice currently has additional clinical support for endodontics and surgical procedures, allowing the incoming GP to focus on comprehensive general dentistry while also having opportunities to expand their skill set.

Clinical Opportunity

The practice is looking for a dentist capable of efficiently treating a full schedule of general dentistry patients, including:

• Bread-and-butter general dentistry
• Crowns & bridges
• Restorative dentistry
• Extractions
• Dentures and partials

The rural patient population also creates significant demand for denture and removable dentistry.

Compensation

• 32% of adjusted production
• No lab-fee deductions
