Job Description

Position:
- Growing private cosmetic and family dental practice
- Approximately 50 new patients per month
- Existing associate dentist with additional demand requiring another provider
- Monday–Thursday schedule, with potential to expand into Fridays
- Primarily one dedicated doctor operatory most days, with additional capacity on Mondays and potential Fridays
- Approximately 7 hygiene patients per day per hygienist
- Two hygienists
- Modern, cloud-based practice management software
- Pano and ScanX phosphor plate imaging
- Two intraoral scanners: Dandy and Straumann
- CareCredit, Cherry, and Sunbit financing options
Offering:
- Daily guarantee or % of collections
- Potential sign-on bonus
- $2,000 annual CE allowance
- 401(k) eligibility after one year
- Additional benefits may be added as the practice continues to grow
